Attachments to application

The necessary attachments shall be submitted on request before signing the lease:

ATTACHMENT FROM STUDENTS

Study certificate or a copy of a certificate of admission to an educational institution

ATTACHMENT FROM NON-STUDENT

Tax certificate from the last confirmed taxation
Report from incomes (eg. payslip, unemployment benefit etc.)

OPTIONAL ATTACHMENT THAT APPLICANT CLARIFIES HIS/HERS NEED OF AN APARTMENT

For example command to move out, medical certificate, certificate of pregnancy, certificate from internship or workplace etc.
