The apartment offer will be accepted by paying the deposit by the given due date. We will send you payment confirmation and more instructions by email as soon as we have received the payment.
Deposit payments:
- Shared rooms and studios: 300,00 €
- Larger apartments: 450,00 €
If the security deposit is not paid by given due date your reservation will be cancelled.
The condition for signing the tenancy agreement is that deposit must be paid. The deposit will be refunded back to you after you have moved out within a condition that you have returned the keys and kept the apartment in good shape. Refund will be paid within two months latest. Unfilled obligations (rents or other payments) will be charged also in the last hand from your deposit.
Payment Service Provider
When using the electronic signature option of signing the rental agreement contract, we use the payment service to make a security deposit.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
