TENANT SELECTION CRITERIA

All students and local young people have priority in the selection of tenants.
Possibilities to get an apartment are better if the person is willing to take the apartment from any district from the city and don’t have many specific wishes.
Demand of the apartments is highest on the beginning of semester (August, September and January). In other times, it is easier to get an apartment.
