No rent increases in 2024

The economic and global situation of recent years has tested the real estate market with an increase in interest rates and prices. The rise in interest rates, along with rapidly escalating construction costs, poses challenges to the daily operations of housing entities, constrains opportunities for investments, and puts pressure on rent increases. Despite the challenging economic situation, according to Moas’s budget for 2024, there will be no rent increases for the upcoming year.

The parking fee has undergone a slight price adjustment. As of January 1, 2024, the parking fee will be 10,00 €/month (2023: 8,00 €/month).

Welcome to the residents’ evening!

Information for applicants

Due to high demand, we have not been able to offer all applicants student housing apartment. However, our apartments become available every month throughout the year.

If your requests, contact information, etc. have changed, it is advisable to update the application by sending a new one or contacting Tenant Secretary directly. Please note that e.g. there are significantly fewer applications for shared apartments and some remote properties, so it is faster to become a tenant in them.

In other words, if you were to accept an apartment other than that indicated in the original application, please let us know via email for example. If you no longer need student housing at all, please let us know.
