A new tenant will receive the key from the apartment by contacting the maintenance/area janitor at the agreed time i.e. at the start of tenancy agreement (from midday at the earliest= starting from 12pm)/ on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 8am and 4pm. A new tenant can also get the keys at a later date from the apartment by contacting the maintenance/area janitor at the agreed time.

A new tenant must be prepared to prove his/her identity with a photo (passport or identity card).

You can get the key earliest on the day your agreement begins. If your rental agreement begins on weekend, on national holiday day or if you can’t pick up the key during office hours, always contact MOAS office beforehand and agree of the time of receiving the keys.

HOME INSURANCE

Remember to see to that you have a home insurance on your own. The company has an insurance for the estate itself but that insurance does not cover any damages that might be caused to your personal belongings nor the other indirect damages caused by tenants’ carelessness.
